Ron Babb
Before starting Babb Construction, Ron was in the heavy construction business. He earned a BS Degree in Building Construction in 1976. Ron formed Babb Construction in 1984 and started building residential and light commercial construction. Ron is a licensed builder and is a member of the Capital Region Builder's Association. He is a past president of the association and was recognized as Builder of the Year in 1991.

Leslie Vicknair
Leslie joined Babb Construction as the office manager in 1988 and is in charge of all account receivables and payables. She also interacts with clients to fulfill their needs and coordinates finish schedules. Leslie is married and has three children.
